QUESTION: Other island tent rental companies have peaked tents, too. How are yours any different?
ANSWER: Other peaked tents might resemble ours but Pinnacle Peaks®. are available only from Tilton Rentall. We designed them for this island's terrain and weather. They are much stronger than others, they butt together neatly with no inside poles, they are totally waterproof, (not merely water resistant) also have rain gutters, and they hold tight in up to near hurricane force winds.
QUESTION: We don't need a big tent - we want just a small intimate wedding, just a few people, a decorated little nook - any suggestions?
ANSWER: Look at the pictures on this page.

QUESTION: Can you do a Jewish wedding with a chuppa, prayer shawl , etc.?

QUESTION: Can you make a wedding chapel with an altar, an aisle runner and seats and everything?

QUESTION: Can you put like lounge furniture in the tent - like, one part is for dining and dancing and one part is like for sitting around on sofas and stuff?

QUESTION: Umm, people have to have a place to go to the bathroom and like that, but those outdoor potty cubicles are really ugly, you know?

QUESTION: Can you erect a tent big enough to hold 400
people gathered for a business convention lasting 3 days with speaker's
platform, a lectern, and so on in the daytime and a dance floor and bar
setup at night - colorful table cloths for each of the 3 dinners and breakfasts?
- all that?
ANSWER: Yes, we do those, too. All that and more.
QUESTION: Why do we have to have a tent, anyhow?! Can't we just have it out in the open air?
ANSWER: An obvious answer is that it might rain,
but that's hardly all there is to it. A tent has a good effect on people
- it brings them closer together - it embraces them - they feel warmer
toward one another and tend to have a better time as a result. We've
been observing this effect for a long time. Open air weddings are nice
and we have set up many of them, but somehow the people don't stay as
long, don't mingle as well and don't seem to have as much fun. A tent
top also protects from the blazing sun. Then, too, it often grows damp
and chilly in the late afternoons here - even in the hottest months
- especially when a fog rolls in. A tent is a cozy best of two worlds
- the indoors and the out.
